Summary:

• S-1.2: remove 22 Solatube from project scope. Only the 2 center Solatubes in Room 308 are to remain in scope.
• D-1.2: existing dividing wall in room 229 and existing ceiling are to remain; remove only 1 existing door from room 229. East and West walls of room 212 are existing to remain. 12 existing to remain doors are: 202, 203, 204, 205, 211, 213, 214,215, 221,222, 223, 229.
• D-1.3: existing South wall in Room 335 to remain
• A-1.2: Scope as noted in D-1.2. Remove 2 windows from Room 226. The storefront on the South wall of 212 is hollow metal. Remove 2 aluminum storefronts (type M, K) from the east and west walls of room 212. Remove the base and upper cabinets from the west wall in Room 215 (elevation A-5.4/G).
• A-1.3, A-1.3A, A-1.3B: Remove kitchen island and casework with sink in rooms: 335, 332, 320, 322, 325, 327. Remove sink and casework with sink from the wall between rooms 311 and 309. Remove the window from room 307. Have one large office by combining rooms 305, 306, and 307 (door 306 to have glass lite). This will eliminate 2 walls and 2 doors. Doors 310 and 330 to be wood doors with lites (type B) in hollow metal frames – no side lights. No partial wall height construction with ‘cubbies’ – remove scope of 2/A-5.3 and 1/A-5.3. Remove the storefront in room 335. Storefront in Room 308 to change to hollow metal
• A-1.4: See S-1.2 for scope change
• A-4.2: No new ceiling grid in room 229
• A-4.3: Replace 22 Solatubes with 2’x4’ recessed LED fixtures
• A-5.0- Change Exit devices, locks (grade 2), and door closers to Yale. Currently, exit devices, locks (grade 1), and door closers are Dorma. Delete finger guard -Garri to approve. Door S2-3: Change to std panic with delayed egress magnetic lock Delete exit device with built-in delayed egress (Von Duprin CXA 99TP)Only have desk push buttons in offices 306 to release doors 301B, 310, and 330Delete 29 pb4L-2 push buttons change door 212A to wood x hollow metal; Go with one panic and flush bolts on the other leaf. Attached are the door hardware catalogs, so one can compare differences between specified Dorma door hardware and proposed Yale door hardware. The Dorma exit device catalog is also attached.
• A-5.1: Doors mentioned in A-1.3 are either existing to remain or have received glass lites and are no longer in aluminum storefront frames. Some doors have been eliminated from the scope altogether.

• Added Room Finish Sheets A-6.2 and A-6.3 describing floor finish, wall paint, and wall base. No floors are to receive ceramic tile. Mechanical rooms, existing janitor room, and stairs to receive no new finishes. Cost-conscious flooring on the entire second floor (rooms with plumbing have sheet vinyl).
