o  A new online bidding platform called Building Connected. This is an Autodesk product that helps Owners, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers better connect with one another for bidding various subcontracts and scopes of work. The product it is free for vendors to sign-up.
 

o  Chris Harris, Senior Project Mgr. – chrish@hillsinc.com, 937-371-6848. He will be glad to help any of our members interested to bid for their project. The platform has the capacity to identify vendors as MBE, WBE, SBE, DBE, etc., which is very helpful for everyone involved in the PORT initiatives.
 

o  The Vantage Project is a new-build, 224 unit, luxury multi-family development located in the heart of Anderson Township just off of Five Mile Road.

We are currently in the procurement phase, and over the coming months we will be bidding various scopes of work for the Project including:

·      Doors and Hardware, Masonry Labor, Insulation, Landscaping, Drywall

·      Painting, Carpet, Hard Flooring, Tiling, Wall Covering, Bath Accessories

·      Blinds, Custom Millwork, Exercise Equipment, Fire Extinguisher Cabinets

·      Golf Simulator, Interior Doors and Trim, Mailboxes, Metal Studs and Drywall

·      Mirrors, Irrigation, Parking Garage Striping and Numbering, Shelving, Final Cleaning
