Residential Assistant

• Serves youth ages 11-17
• 24/7 Emergency Shelter & residential treatment program
• Multiple Part-Time opportunities(2nd Shift Weekday, 1st & 2nd Shift Weekends)
• One Full-Time opportunity(Up to 30 hours per week, 3rd Shift Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Non-Exempt Position!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily activities of residents
• Providing behavior management as needed
• Ensuring meals are prepared in a timely fashion
• Assist with 24/7 hour shelter programming
• Answering all hotline calls and providing crisis counseling as necessary
• Collaborating with Treatment Team in developing youth service plans
• Attend monthly employee meetings and training as necessary

• Must be 21 years of age
• Two years’ experience working with at-risk adolescents preferred
• Must have a High School diploma, some colleges preferred
• Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record for at least the past 5 years
• Residential experience a plus
