Case Manager

Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.  

Purpose:

To partner with individuals and their families while assisting them in overcoming barriers and setting goals, leading to school completion and economic stability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a partnership with families involved in Northern Kentucky Scholar House to achieve goals that support self-sufficiency. 
• Identify and assist families in overcoming barriers.
• Change or modify goals as needed and understand the process so additional goals can be set.
• Develop relationships with internal and external community resources to help families progress on the continuum.

Requirements:

• BA in social work or a similar degree (preferred).
• Ability to build partnerships and navigate systems to ensure participants remain program-eligible.
• Ability to work with individuals who have experienced adverse life experiences.
• Excellent communication skills orally and on written forms and use of computer.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and promote our continued growth with racial equity.
• Deep commitment around 2-generational work with whole families.

This is an Exempt position with a salary range of $38,000 - $40,000.
