As a Commercial Real Estate and Business Broker Russ helps local businesses and entrepreneurs with sales, acquisitions, and mergers, particularly those involving Commercial Real Estate locations or leases. He helps with both growth orientated owners and exiting owners through strategy and a range of Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage Services.
As the Cincinnati Regional Director at Keller Williams National Commercial's Government Services team, Russ provides local, state, federal, quasi-government, and educational entities the services to monetize their underperforming or unrecognized real estate assets, providing the highest economic return possible.
He provides unbiased estate counseling, appraisal, litigation support, expert witness testimony, mediation and arbitration services through Pointer Appraisal Services which he started in 2007.
With 20 years in Real Estate and Analysis Russ holds several designations, licenses, and certifications including Certified General Appraiser, Real Estate Salesperson, and IBBA registered business broker. He is certified to complete valuations and analysis for the Ohio Department of Transportation, Department of Natural Resources, and Federal acquisitions projects. His formal education includes a BS in Business and a Certificate in Mediation from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. He resides with his wife and two teenage sons in Kenwood.
