Melony Bryant joined the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) in January 2014 as the Minority & Small Business Advocate, leveraging over 30 years of experience in workers' compensation. She acts as a liaison, helping minority and small businesses navigate the BWC system while emphasizing education and feedback. Committed to supporting these businesses, Melony and the BWC focus on fostering growth within Ohio’s economy.
Liam McMillin, Bricker Graydon Law Firm
Liam McMillin is an attorney in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at Bricker Graydon, specializing in employment litigation and advising employers on compliance issues. He has experience working at The Help Center, Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati, and the civil rights firm Gerhardstein & Branch, and has clerked for Judge Michael Barrett in the Southern District of Ohio. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Liam is also passionate about community engagement and supports local artists and businesses.

Mianda Bashala is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Group, where she advises clients on labor and employment law to help them achieve business objectives and reduce liability.
