Executive Director
Job Description
The Melrose branch of the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati is searching for an Executive Director to lead and develop this operation. This position requires an effective professional well-versed in planning & fiscal management skills with a strong emphasis on community relations & engagement; developing a diverse staff team; expertise in building volunteer leaders & board members; strong verbal & written communication skills; and success in leading annual support campaigns.
Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, this individual will work closely with the Branch Board in planning, operations, financial development & community relations. Qualifications include a Bachelor degree, YMCA Organizational Leader Certification (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of five years business management experience. YMCA experience preferred.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
